Annually, the Home Builders Federation (HBF) releases its National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, allowing our new homebuyers to rate us on the quality of our build and design, as well as our sales and customer care.
To be awarded 5 stars by the HBF – a sought-after status for housebuilders in England and Wales – companies must meet a certain standard of customer satisfaction in the survey.
Specifically, 5 star status is achieved if a homebuilder scores at least 90%. Getting 5 star status signifies that, for the sixth year running, over 90% of our customers that completed the survey would recommend us to a friend.
